In Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under consumer law.

It is important to note that this guarantee is valid only in the country of purchase. However, in other countries it is possible that other statutory warranties may still apply.

CrankIt Fitness guarantees this product for 1 year from the date of purchase, against any defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials.

During the 1 year guarantee period CrankIt Fitness will replace any defective product. If the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective part or accessory will be replaced.

In the event of a product or accessory being replaced or repaired during the guarantee period, the guarantee on the replaced or repaired product will expire 1 year from the ORIGINAL purchase date of the product, as opposed to 1 year from the date of replacement or repair.

To the extent permitted by law, CrankIt Fitness replacement guarantee excludes liability for consequential loss or any other loss or damage cause to property or person arising from any cause whatsoever. It also excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, misuse, or being tampered with and does not cover the cost of claiming under the warranty or transporting the goods to and from the place of purchase.
