The highly durable CrankIt Straps are made of industrial grade nylon webbing and strong, lightweight carabiners and cam buckles. The webbing is not elastic, so all exercise resistance is created by your bodyweight and gravity, the perfect combination.
We recommend a maximum user weight of 150kg.
Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time which is contradictory to the normal coordinated muscle effort used to complete most activities. Focusing on only one muscle at a time is more likely to lead to overuse injuries and muscular imbalances, as well as potentially limit strength and movement gains. Suspended Fitness allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously.
We provide a 12 month, limited replacement warranty on the CrankIt Straps to protect against manufacturing defects.
You will need a level, unobstructed area of at least 2 meters wide and 3 meters long to be able to perform all exercises on the CrankIt Straps.
PT QUALIFICATIONS
Training for SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness and SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness is supplied by IFA Training RTO 32433.
IFA Training is the company that issues all statements of attainment in regards to registered qualifications
SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness is a further 20 units of study to SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness, AND once you complete this you can take clients one on one and also group PT sessions.
SIS40215 Certificate IV also incorporates business, strength and conditioning and goes further in depth with nutrition and other key subjects.
SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness is a prerequisite of SI40214 Certificate IV in Fitness.
However you can now also choose Fast-Track Personal Trainer to become qualified.
This qualification gives you the complete Personal Training experience, if you’re looking to start your career as a personal trainer, rather than a group instructor. You will complete 9 key modules of the SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness, and all of SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness.
Fast-Track will enable you to work as a Personal Trainer to develop goal-oriented fitness programs, as well as mentor and assists people in their desire to reach and sustain an improved level of fitness.
Most employers look for a recognised Fitness qualification for which we have multiple options, which you can view here.
The minimum age to become a personal trainer is 15.
We like to give a guide of 12 months to complete a qualification, however depending on the time that you are willing to commit you can finish quicker.
Getting qualified isn’t hard, it just takes commitment to your studies and then a willingness to work hard once you are qualified.
Most fitness centres require a minimum of SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness AND SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness. This can be completed in under 12 months.
One hundred hours is a good guide to total practical for your full Personal Trainer qualifications.
HLTAID003 – Provide First Aid
No qualifications are needed to start your studies in the fitness industry.

No, our short courses require online written assessment only.
Each quiz in the course has a pass/fail function. You must pass the quiz to progress through the course, and you are allowed to repeat each quiz until you pass it.

If you are shopping from Australia, the prices are inclusive of GST. If you are shopping internationally the price does not include your local taxes, however you may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or custom charges upon receiving the shipment.
Taxes and customs charges differ deepening on the state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection by mistake. We recommend you carefully review any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. Should you have any questions regarding a particular product, please contact us.
If you receive a product which is faulty at time of delivery or faults within 90 days, other than by reason of reasonable wear and tear, or misuse by you, please contact us directly to arrange the return of the original item and a replacement product to be provided (subject to availability).
All returns must be authorised by us prior to being returned.
Faulty products must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day, however may take up to 3 business days if we are receiving a high volume of orders. You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-7 business days depending on which shipping type you have chosen.
Your will be notified via email once your order status has been changed to shipped.
It takes us 1-2 business days to process an order depending on the time we receive the order. Once your order leaves our shipping facility, you will receive an email and/or text message with your tracking information.
If any items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to us and a replacement of the product to be provided (subject to availability).
Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery providing full details of the damage along with your order/invoice number.
If you live outside of Australia, USA, Canada, UK or Europe, you will pay our flat rate international shipping fee which will be shown when you update your shipping address in the checkout.
Depending on your country, you may have to pay local duties or taxes. Please check on your local shipping and import rules for more information.

You can log in using your unique username OR your email address. If you have forgotten which email address you used to register, please contact us for help.
If you forget your password, you can set a new one HERE. Your new password will be emailed to you.
