How do I setup and Use the CrankIt Straps?

What are the CrankIt Straps made of?

The highly durable CrankIt Straps are made of industrial grade nylon webbing and strong, lightweight carabiners and cam buckles. The webbing is not elastic, so all exercise resistance is created by your bodyweight and gravity, the perfect combination. Find out more here.

What is the maximum weight of a person using the CrankIt Straps?

We recommend a maximum user weight of 150kg.

How is suspended fitness training different from other types of training?

Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time which is contradictory to the normal coordinated muscle effort used to complete most activities. Focusing on only one muscle at a time is more likely to lead to overuse injuries and muscular imbalances, as well as potentially limit strength and movement gains. Suspended Fitness allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously.

Do I get a Warranty?

We provide a 12 month, limited replacement warranty on the CrankIt Straps to protect against manufacturing defects.

How much space do I need to be able to train safely on the CrankIt Straps?

You will need a level, unobstructed area of at least 2 meters wide and 3 meters long to be able to perform all exercises on the CrankIt Straps.


I can't access my course, or something isn't working!

If you are having difficulty accessing your course, or you think something isn’t working, please try the following:

  1. Ensure you are logged in
  2. Try using a different browser or device (website caching can sometimes cause errors)
  3. If steps 1 and 2 don’t work please open a live chat in Facebook Messenger (click here) and one of our team will troubleshoot your issue with you.

Are your online courses accredited with cecs?

Our courses do not currently provide Continuing Education Credits (CEC’s).

How long does the Level 1 Suspended Fitness course take?

Approximately 3 hours.

How long does the Level 2 Suspended Fitness course take?

Approximately 5 hours.

How long does the Level 1 Kettlebell course take?

Approximately 4 hours.

Do I need to submit video assessments?

Only for the following courses:

Level 2 Suspended Fitness
Level 1 Kettlebell

You will receive instructions on how to do this towards the end of the course. It’s a simple process!

How long does it take for my assessment to be passed?

For video assessments, please allow 10 working days for an assessor to review your videos.

Any course that doesn’t include a video assessment is marked immediately upon completion.

What happens if I fail my online course?

Each quiz in the course has a pass/fail function. You must pass the quiz to progress through the course, and you are allowed to repeat each quiz until you pass it.

If you fail the video assessment, you will receive detailed feedback from our assessors, and you will be able to submit a new video for assessment. You can repeat this process 3 times to achieve a pass.


How do I submit a warranty claim?

Should you suspect your product may be defective and need some clarification or advice, please contact us via facebook messenger HERE.

If you are certain your product is defective, and the product is covered by the terms of the 1 year guarantee, please complete the warranty claim form HERE

Is the price inclusive of tax?

If you are shopping from Australia, the prices are inclusive of GST. If you are shopping internationally the price does not include your local taxes, however you may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or custom charges upon receiving the shipment.

Taxes and customs charges differ deepening on the state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.

What if i change my mind? Can I get a refund?

Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection by mistake. We recommend you carefully review any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. Should you have any questions regarding a particular product, please contact us.

What if my product is faulty?

If you receive a product which is faulty at time of delivery or faults within 90 days, other than by reason of reasonable wear and tear, or misuse by you, please contact us directly to arrange the return of the original item and a replacement product to be provided (subject to availability).

All returns must be authorised by us prior to being returned.

Faulty products must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

When do you ship my order?

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day, however may take up to 3 business days if we are receiving a high volume of orders.
Your will be notified via email once your order status has been changed to shipped.

I just placed my order, how can I track my package?

It takes us 1-2 business days to process an order depending on the time we receive the order. Once your order leaves our shipping facility, you will receive an email and/or text message with your tracking information.

Damaged items?

If any items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to us and a replacement of the product to be provided (subject to availability).

Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery providing full details of the damage along with your order/invoice number.

Do I pay international shipping fees if I live outside Australia?

If you live outside of Australia, USA or the UK, you will pay our flat rate international shipping of $50 AUD per set of straps.

Depending on your country, you may have to pay local duties or taxes. Please check on your local shipping and import rules for more information.

How do I log in?

If you are a registered member, simply click the LOGIN menu link from any page. If you are not yet a registered member, you can register HERE.

How do I log out?

You will find the logout button under “Profile” in the menu at the top of each page.

I have forgotten my username?

You can log in using your unique username OR your email address. If you have forgotten which email address you used to register, please contact us for help.

I have forgotten my password?

If you forget your password, you can set a new one HERE. Your new password will be emailed to you.

How do I update my profile?

1. Ensure you are logged in

2. Click on the “Profile” menu

3. Once you can see your profile, click on the gears symbol in the top right hand corner of your profile

4. Select “Edit Profile”

How can I change my email address?

1. Ensure you are logged in

2. Click on the “Profile” menu

3. Once you can see your profile, click on the gears symbol in the top right hand corner of your profile

4. Select “My Account”

5. Change your email address and click “Update Account”

I have signed up but did not receive a confirmation email?

When you register you should receive an automated confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email you can still log in to the site using the username and password you chose when you registered.
If you have registered and cannot access the site, please contact us for more help.

How can I delete my account?

1. Ensure you are logged in

2. Click on the “Profile” menu

3. Once you can see your profile, click on the gears symbol in the top right hand corner of your profile

4. Select “My Account”

5. Click “Delete Account”

If you have an injury that may affect your ability to perform any exercises, consult a qualified health professional prior to exercising.

Where do I start?

Always start with the Level 1 exercises in order to familiarise yourself with new exercises and movement patterns. Do not progress to the next level of exercises or workouts until you can perform the exercises at your current level with correct technique.

Am I fit enough to join the Club?

YES! The club is designed to cater to all levels of fitness, and help take you from where you are right now, to where you want to be.
You can filter exercises and workouts bases on level of difficulty, choose workouts that suit your current level, and then as you get fitter you can progress to harder workouts.

Is Club CrankIt for men AND women?

Yes. Our expertly designed workouts, challenges and programs are perfect for both men and women.

I have an injury, can I complete the workouts?

Some injuries do not restrict you from training, while others do. It is important to consult your doctor for specific advice regarding your own injury.

How many calories will I burn in the workouts?

Calorie expenditure calculations are highly specific, and often require sophisticated equipment for accurate measurement. The number of calories you burn during a workout is directly related to your performance during the workout. Unfortunately no general calorie consumption can be given, but rest assured with our workouts you will be burning plenty!

Who will benefit from CrankIt suspended fitness training?

Everyone can benefit from training with CrankIt Straps because you can easily control the exercise resistance and level of difficulty by changing your body position. The CrankIt Straps is perfect for all levels of exercise, from rehabilitation to elite level athletic training, and everything in between.
