Recovery Cardio Session: complete 30-45 mins at low-medium intensity of any cardio activity such as Jogging/Running, Hiking, Swimming, Cycling, Rowing, Cross Trainer or other fun activity that gets your heart rate up and keeps it there!
HOW TO COMPLETE THIS WORKOUT
STEP 1: Choose your preferred cardio activity for this session. This could be walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, hiking or any other activity that is cardio based.
STEP 2: Start your workout timer from the Workout tab by pressing the blue “Start” button.
STEP 3: Once you have finished your cardio activity, press the blue “Save Workout” button.
This is a RECOVERY session. Enjoy it!
