INSTRUCTIONS: Complete the maximum number of Suspended Burpees as you can in 5 mins alternating between each leg every 15 Reps.  Watch the video for exercise technique, then when ready, press the START button. Once the timer finishes, enter your total Reps and click SAVE WORKOUT. The top scores for males and females can be seen below...
